John is known for his ability to develop and efficiently implement strategies. He has more than 25 years of experience organizing and driving complex international projects while managing groups with diverse skills and culture. Working across geographic, educational, and skill boundaries has made John a firm believer in the transformative power of knowledge to drive client success.
John has worked for global organizations such as Ericsson, Treasury Services (now Oracle), Bank of America, Ernst & Young, and Cap Gemini. In each of his roles, he has been instrumental in building teams and business processes that have often changed the way the company operated.
John holds an MBA in finance from the University of Southern California.
In companies both big and small, Susan has learned one thing: How to get the most bang for your marketing buck. She’s part of a new breed of marketing technology consultants, blending strategy and aesthetics with a foundation of data analytics and digital technologies.
Susan is an active networker in the data analytics, direct marketing, CMO and media industry associations. During her career, she has held senior executive positions at Xerox, R.R. Donnelley, Pitney Bowes and Gannett.
Before joining Apollidon, she worked with the Xerox Corporation to lead Xerox’s world-class outsourcing practice of Communications & Marketing Services. Susan is also the founder of Raine Media, a consulting services firm that develops the strategies and technology infrastructure to help clients engineer how to better reach their customers and lower their total cost ownership for communication and marketing programs.
Susan holds a Bachelor’s of Technology from Ryerson University and an MBA from York University.
Jeff is our technology and data guru who directs implementations and customizations for client-purchased technologies like Salesforce, Pardot, and Domo. With four Salesforce certifications under his belt, Jeff has many years of experience with the development of customized Salesforce setups.
Jeff is point man when it comes to data accessibility, warehousing, and systems integrations. His team collects, transforms, and analyzes data to create engaging dashboards that deliver key metrics and help clients align with stakeholders. He has a passion for solving clients’ toughest problems through business intelligence technologies.
Jeff holds a BS in Marketing and an MS in Entrepreneurship from the University of Florida.
Sandhya leads our development team in the design and development of websites for our client programs. She has a M.S. in Software Engineering and assists in many other technological areas.
